KION North America Corporation recently launched the Baoli brand at its first dealer meeting since changing its name from Linde Material Handling North America.
Dealers got their first look at the Class V Baoli D+ Series Model KBG25. This model features a load capacity of 5,500 lb. (2,500 kg) and a Nissan IMPCO K25 LPG engine. Additional Baoli models are currently being developed specifically for the North American market and will be released over the next several years.
Among the new products was the Linde brand’s new Series 1411 heavy truck. Equipped with a torque converter, this Class V diesel-powered forklift has a load capacity of up to 40,000 lb. (18,145 kg) and is suited to heavy manufacturing, lumber, ports and terminals, precast and concrete, steel/aluminium and oil/gas applications.

The dealer meeting at KION’s South Carolina facility outlined the brand’s long-term strategy, showcased the most new products at one time in the company’s history and unveiled new sales and marketing tools.
